Pre-Trip Meetings

The primary purpose of these mandatory meetings is safety. KAP Staff will ensure all participants have all required gear and have not packed any prohibited items.  If you cannot attend these meetings, contact KAP two weeks prior to your trip to make arrangements. A participant will not be allowed on the trip if they do not attend the meeting or do not have the required items.  Contact us well ahead of time if you need help finding any items.

Backpacking

June 11, July 9, Aug 13 at 12pm located at the Plaza 209C (KAP Space)

Parents/Legal Gaurdians will attend along with participants and have with them all items listed on the packing list. We will distribute the food and shared gear, and we will pack our bags in preparation for an early departure Monday morning. We will also go over trip rules and itinerary. If there are any questions about this meeting, or about bringing any of the gear on the packing list you must contact KAP BEFORE this meeting.
